Yes! We ship our cookies across the country. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and shipped via express courier to ensure they arrive soft and delicious.
Are there options for people with nut allergies?
While we offer flavors without nut ingredients, all of our cookies are baked in a facility that handles peanuts and tree nuts. We cannot guarantee a 100% nut-free environment.
Can I include a gift message with my order?
Absolutely! You can add a personalized gift message at checkout, which we will print on a card and include inside the box for that extra special touch.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your delivery, please contact our support team within 24 hours.
Can I reheat my cookies?
For that 'straight from the oven' experience, we recommend reheating your cookies in a 350°F oven for 2-3 minutes or microwaving them for 10-15 seconds until the chocolate is melty.
